Whisky smoked brisket, Pomme puree, blue cheese, crispy shallots, confit garlic,

Dark spiced rum cheese cake, Raisin puree, Chocolate, salted rum caramel, pineapple crisp

We will be creating a sumptuous four course degustation with matching cocktails inspired by what gangster ate back in the 1920's and 1930's but with our modern day twists.
