Just Veg'n Out - Vegan Degustation with matching cocktails - Wednesday 21st March @ 7:30pm.

After the success of our last Vegan degustation, the team at St LuJa are very excited to bring you our second 4 course Vegan degustation with matching cocktails on Wednesday the 21st of March at 7:30pm.  It will be a wonderful night where there will be an educational session on each cocktail and the chef will talk about the menu throughout the night.

Amuse:  This dego is nuts

Vegan cashew cheese fondue, vegetable crisps

Entrée: Let’s turn this beet up

Beetroot terrine, Horseradish sorbet, candied walnuts, apple watercress gel, Dijon mustard soil

Mains: Man, I think I’m greening out

Green pea ravioli, truffle foam, avocado mousse, spinach volute, pickled asparagus, mint crisp

Dessert: My melon is so confused

Rockmelon panna cotta, honeydew sorbet, watermelon gel, mint dust, raspberry macaroon, coconut crumble
