Welcome to the Final Dinner from our “Farm to Plate” degustation series with matching cocktails – “Why did the Chicken cross the road?.  Held on Wednesday the sixth of December at 7:30pm.  Tickets are $125 and there are limited seats, so get in quick. 

We are very excited to be teaming up with our good friends from Think Spirits, as each cocktail will be based from a selection of their premium products and expertly designed to complement each dish.

We will be offering up a sumptuous Chicken inspired four course degustation with matching cocktails. Each course will be explained by our head chef and the accompanying cocktail will be expertly constructed in front of you for a most delicious and informative evening.

Chicken and liver terrine, pear puree, port jellies, pickled baby vegetables, brioche

Breast keep it a secret

Chicken breast, turkey mousse, duck bacon, cranberry gel, roasted Brussel sprout, thyme and garlic pomme puree, brandy jus

Dessert:

To see an eggspert

Peach mousse, red wine peach compote, Raspberry gel, red wine pearls, vanilla bean cremoux, dark chocolate twigs
